Hey Guys,
I've had such great conversations today with many of you. One of the best parts of having a growing team is the amount of time you will get to spend in personal growth conversations with your team.
I'd like to share what a few of us are learning to do to take our businesses to the next level.....
Being, beingness... can initially sound a bit "new age-y".... but it's really quite simple and it's the crux of you creating a new result. A little back ground first: Your current programs/mindsets/paradigms have got you where you are, receiving the results you currently have. Your best thinking got you to this point! Yeah, me too! This fundamental truth has to be seen and felt for you to create a change.
To "have" (and I'm using my words carefully here) a new result you MUST
1. Decide on what you want
2. Identify how you will FEEL having "it",
3. Then (and only then) "Do" what ever that person does who already has the thing.
4. "Having" just happens.
The key is to BE the person who ALREADY has the thing. One of the few lines I can quote from the Bible is... "Those things what ever you desire, when you pray Know you have Already received it and you shall have it." Not, I hope, or I wish, but "Already Received it".
This is where visualization comes in for me. I take 15-20 minutes each morning and get a picture (or more for me a Feeling) of how I am feeling having ALREADY received what I desire. It feel current, complete now, not in the future. I hold this... it feels great! Then 3-4 times per day I return to this "Feeling place" for 2 minutes and get the feeling complete.
I then take that Already received/complete feeling and ACT FROM having the result now. It's easy..... Answer this... How would you act knowing you already have the result.... be that! What actions would that person take right now? Then take that action!
Be, Do, Have This shifts your world!
So, what do you want? What does that feel like already having it? Act from that, now!
Let's roll!
